1. Vice President - Commercial Division: BrianDavid, Realtors® is looking for an individual to provide leadership, management, and aggressively grow our presence in New Jersey for our Commercial Division. The selected person will position BrianDavid, Realtors® as a leading brand in the Commercial, Industrial and Investment real estate market. We are seeking a person who is self motivated, enjoys collaborative work environments, and has a passion for participating in start up ventures. Responsibilities include maintaining an external presence and networking within the commercial real estate community, developing key broker and customer relationships, driving sales and profitable growth strategies, attracting and retaining top tier talent within the real estate practice. A proven sales track record and market-facing experience within the commercial real estate environment is required, with demonstrated capabilities of managing a team of agents or office preferred.
2. Relocation Director: Immediate high-growth position available for a results-oriented and self-motivated Sales Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for launching, directing and growing our relocation team through the completion of sales/rental transactions. You will also utilize niche marketing to develop leads for inbound/outbound relocation clients. The new Relocation Director is also responsible for growing the relocation team by hiring Sales Agents to assist in working with relocation clients and managing leads throughout the sales cycle. Further growth of this team will be accomplished through developing relationships with corporations, developing sales strategies to solicit corporate clients through marketing all aspects of company’s relocation and core services; developing and implementing programs and services to enhance penetration into accounts; pitching sales presentations to local, regional and national clients and managing accounts of corporate client portfolios.
Self motivation and commitment to building this team is required and strong management skills will be needed for daily supervision of relocation staff. Additional responsibilities include managing broker and third party referrals, managing relocation inventory properties, coordinating group moves, providing relocation training for agents, creating relocation policies for their companies, developing destination orientation materials, and sometimes managing their own corporate relocation accounts.
3. REO Division Leader: The individual in this new position will lead BrianDavid, Realtors® in the effort of obtaining REO listings for sale and building a team of people to focus on finding and selling REO listings. We are seeking a person with REO experience who is a fully licensed agent. The REO Division Leader will be responsible for attracting, screening and training agents in conjunction with the company training, helping to formulate and enhance the BrianDavid, Realtors® REO strategy and growing the business to a viable Division with the company. We provide multiple layers of support which will allow the Division Leader to focus in on their REO skill set, and ultimately lend to the success of the Division Leader.
4. Sales Associates: Experienced and newly licensed Realtors® needed immediately for our full service commercial and residential real estate firm specializing in sales AND leasing of Residential, Commercial and Investment real estate. We are seeking highly-motivated individuals who are able to take advantage of the opportunities created by the changing real estate environment. As an agent with BrianDavid, Realtors®, whether your focus is residential, commercial, investments, foreclosures or short sales, BDR will provide you with the support you need.
5. Broker-Manager: For offices, geographic areas and market niches. BrianDavid, Realtors® is looking for progressive people that recognize opportunity, embrace the concept of breeding success, are excited about technology, and thrive in a collegial atmosphere. We are seeking a broker-manager who can take over an existing office or if merited, build up a team in an area where we don’t currently have an office. Our broker-manager’s function is to inspire, lead, guide and direct agents into productivity which includes motivation, training, coaching, guiding, marketing skills and technology proficiency. We seek individuals who currently have a broker’s license, are professional, progressive and passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience to agents and consumers. We are currently seeking Broker-Managers in the following counties: Hudson, Bergen, Union, Morris, Middlesex and Monmouth.
6. Sales Manager/Team Leader: For offices, geographic areas, market niches. Sales manager and/or team leader to manage and motivate real estate sales people. At BrianDavid, Realtors® our sales manager’s function is to lead agents to create and complete transactions. We are an organization without walls and we don’t necessarily believe that physical offices are necessary. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, naturally love to lead and have an open mind that can manage, guide and direct a virtual team using their honed skills and the power of our Extranet and the systems we provide. We are currently seeking Team Leaders in the following counties: Hudson, Bergen, Union, Essex, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth, Passaic and Hunterdon.
7. 8. Foreign Legal Consultant: Foreign Legal Consultant: Professional individual required for this new position. Successful candidate will provide legal advice to BrianDavid, Realtors® which is a full service commercial and residential real estate firm specializing in sales and leasing of Residential, Commercial and Investment real estate. We are seeking a person with experience in Foreign Law for investors, purchasers and agents who will be able to take advantage of the opportunities created by the changing real estate environment and act as an agent for the company in various international transactions. The selected person will be responsible for reviewing and preparing of Foreign legal documents and negotiating Foreign contracts such as licensing agreements, purchase/sale, investment, representation, service, and other agreements on behalf of the company. Advising on Foreign business structures, Foreign corporate governance, future proposals acquisitions by foreign buyers of commercial real estate. They will be required to advise the company’s executives and U.S. Corporate Counsel in Foreign legal rights and practices in various Foreign Jurisdictions. Also review Foreign Legal Code, Business Regulation Statutes, Case Law, Administrative Decisions, Jurisprudence, and additional legal data to determine advisability on legal actions. The candidate must be willing to travel and meet with clients, investors and foreign officials. We seek an individual who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
