When you sign a new listing, our transaction team handles all of the data entry, the processing and the marketing. This includes entering the listing into the MLS, syndicating to dozens of real estate websites, sending "Just Listed" mailings to consumers and agents, designing and producing color brochures and flyers, listing presentations and placing the advertising!
