Veteran tapped to hire and train agents for New Jersey brokerage
RED BANK, New Jersey, June 22, 2010 – Brian Muench, founder and broker of BrianDavid, Realtors®, announced the appointment of Mary Ann Salzano, longtime real estate trainer and educator, to head the corporate training and team development department of the fast-growing brokerage. The new position was created to support the expansion of the company, with a focus on hiring and training additional real estate agents.
“We are committed to developing well-informed next generation leaders who will effectively guide and shape the direction of this business in the future,” said Muench. “We are continuously studying the real estate market in our endeavor to identify the education and training needs for our agents. Ms. Salzano has been a licensed Realtor® for 30 years, with the past 25 of those years as an educator, trainer and recruitment expert. Prior to joining BrianDavid, Realtors® she was with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Mary Holder of Ocean and Monmouth counties, directing the training and recruitment efforts for that company’s five offices. Before that she spent 14 years with Ocean county-based Crossroads Realty as their trainer. During her tenured career, she has worked with and trained some of New Jersey’s top producing real estate agents. She currently resides in Manchester.

BRIANDAVID, REALTORS® MOVES TO NEW HOBOKEN LOCATION
Appoints new branch manager and names dedicated business development executive
HOBOKEN, New Jersey, May 17, 2010 – Brian Muench, founder and broker of BrianDavid, Realtors®, announced the move of the company’s flagship office from 1001 Bloomfield Street to 99 Park Avenue in downtown Hoboken, naming Michael McCoy, an 11-year industry veteran, as the new office’s branch manager, and promoting former vice president and branch manager, Adam Bickoff, to senior vice president of business development.
“The Bloomfield location was our first office when we started the company in 2005. It has served us well with five successful years of growth,” said Muench. “Park Avenue is another great location, where we’ve designed the space to better accommodate our clients and agents. Michael takes the helm as branch manager and Adam will focus on the continued strategic growth and expansion in additional Northern New Jersey markets.”
With over 70 agents, BrianDavid, Realtors® has grown from one Hoboken office in 2005 to three offices including the corporate headquarters in Red Bank, and an office in Howell which opened earlier this year.
As an 11 year veteran of Real Estate, McCoy became a successful agent, including building his own personal portfolio investments and went on to work in management capacities for both small and large real estate brokerages. “I joined the BrianDavid team because I value professionalism and want to align myself with a Brokerage who operates ethically and demands the same from its team of managers and agents”, says McCoy.
As manager of the Hoboken office, he will be responsible for managing the office, coaching and recruiting new agents, as well as implementing business systems, lead generation, marketing, prospecting, customer service and transaction systems.
Bickoff, a third generation real estate professional, has been with BrianDavid, Realtors® since 2006, starting as an agent, and later named vice president and branch manager of the Hoboken office in 2008. In his new role as senior vice president of business development he will be responsible for identifying current and future opportunities in the market that meet the growth goals and objectives of the company, including scouting areas in Northern New Jersey for possible office locations, looking for opportunities to acquire other brokerages in relevant markets, and pursuing partnerships and other growth prospects for the company.

RED BANK, New Jersey, February 4, 2010 – Brian Muench, founder and broker of BrianDavid, Realtors®, announced today the opening of a new branch office located in the Howell Center at 2404 Route 9 South in Howell Township. Charles Moore, 30-year industry veteran, has been named as the Branch Office Manager. The new branch expands the company’s reach, serving Western and Southern Monmouth County, and Ocean County with complete residential and commercial real estate and related services.
