RED BANK, New Jersey, February 4, 2010 – Brian Muench, founder and broker of BrianDavid, Realtors®, announced today the opening of a new branch office located in the Howell Center at 2404 Route 9 South in Howell Township. Charles Moore, 30-year industry veteran, has been named as the Branch Office Manager. The new branch expands the company’s reach, serving Western and Southern Monmouth County, and Ocean County with complete residential and commercial real estate and related services.

Moore, who has been involved in the real estate industry as an agent, broker/owner and manager, was previously regional sales director with Blue Realty GMAC in Howell and before that the managing broker for Gloria Nilson GMAC in Spring Lake where he tripled the office’s sales volume and returned it to profitability. Moore has held positions with Weichert Realtors® in Point Pleasant Beach, where he was the office manager and Barrymore Realty in Lakewood and Howell where he was the broker/owner. He has a deep history in the real estate industry as a successful manager, team developer and real estate trainer.

Hand-crafted local area and community content are highlights
“As real estate agents and longtime residents, we have hundreds of collective years of intricate knowledge about the areas that surround us,” said Brian Muench. “We thought what better area and community resources are there? So we’ve put together an online area guide and community library so that our knowledge can be the consumer’s knowledge.”
The New Jersey Area Guide features facts and information, both instructive and fun, for just about every city in New Jersey including links to the city’s public web site, if one exists, and to other city points of interest web sites, all hand compiled and submitted by local real estate specialists in the BrianDavid, Realtors® offices. The New Jersey Community Guide discovers housing communities, condominium complexes and neighborhoods in the area and contains photos of the community, details on the types of available housing and custom commentary.
In addition, the new site, which is dubbed beta and just launched last week, aggregates property listing detail from five Multiple Listing Services covering 10 New Jersey counties and allows consumers to search for sale or rental properties by list or by map with convenient action buttons associated with each property such as the ability to schedule an appointment, driving directions and instant school and community reports. Consumers have the option of sorting in a multitude of ways including newest listed and most recently reduced price.
The company’s Home Hunter gives home buyers a way to see all newly listed for sale or rent properties the minute they hit the market, as well as home price reductions via email messages.
